Presentation
On Saturday, 12 December 2026, the Cassis Cultural Centre presents a hilarious music hall show:
Giroud & Stotz – Classe
Featuring Cécile Giroud and Yann Stotz
Cécile Giroud and Yann Stotz are masters of comic performance, turning everything they touch into comedy. They are regular contributors to La Revue de Presse on Paris Première alongside Jérôme de Verdière, where they play political investigators with highly questionable methods and even more dubious sources. They also appear in the Belgian television programme Le Grand Cactus, hosted by Jérôme de Warzée.
Drawing on their many talents, they present a delightful modern music hall performance – a one-of-a-kind musicomic show that is rich in variety, full of surprises, and perfectly balanced between laughter and emotion. Their motto says it all: "Classe!"
Elegant they certainly are. Dressed in haute couture gowns and immaculate tuxedos, they carry themselves with almost aristocratic grace. In short, they are impeccably stylish… The only problem is that, despite their refined appearance, they frequently lose their composure.
Often closer to a duel than a harmonious duo, these two eccentric performers are devoted fans of the Monty Python troupe, cartoons, French chanson, Anglo-American musicals, cinema, B-movies (and even Z-movies), burlesque and life itself. They plunge into the most improbable situations, each beginning innocently enough before gradually – and inevitably – descending into complete chaos.
Don't be fooled by their impeccable manners. These mischievous performers, gifted in singing, piano, impersonation, mime, dance and acting, delight in pushing the boundaries of convention with remarkable elegance, making the outrageous appear perfectly natural.
