On the occasion of the Vendanges Étoilées, the restaurant Le Comptoir de la Plage transforms into a space of culinary creation.
In a convivial and gourmet atmosphere, renowned chefs share their know-how through cooking and pastry workshops.

Duration: 1 hour
Capacity: Maximum 10 participants per class
Children’s class price: €15
Adult cooking class price (from age 13): €22
*Wine masterclasses are reserved for adults aged 18 and over.

- 11:30 – 12:30: Pastry class (adults), led by Kévin RAYNAL - Pavlova with white wine and grapes
- 14:00 – 15:00: Cooking class (adults), led by Benjamin MATHIEU - Traditional rouille with bottarga brioche toast - FULL -
- 15:30 - 16:30 : Cooking class (adults), led by Hugo LAMBOULÉ - Sea bream fillet in a bread crust
- 11:30 – 12:30: Cooking class (ages 7 to 12), led by Jacques COSTE - Rice pudding tartlets with fresh fruit and vanilla mascarpone cream
- 14:00 – 16:00: Wine masterclass* (adults), led by Aurélie DEHARBE & Olivier MUNOZ (Duration 2Hrs)
- 16:00 – 17:00: Pastry class (adults), led by Jean-Paul BOSCA - Lemon Paris-Brest with seasonal fruit

Manifestation : les vendanges de Cassis ;
Pourrait être améliorer avec les chefs, lors d'un cours de cuisine, une meilleure anticipation sur le matériel et ingrédients nécessaires même si cela a quand même été très bien.. possibilité d'avoir la recette sur papier ou autre..
