A crime has been committed, up there in the villa. Maguy lives in a luxurious house on the hills above Cannes, where she houses and supports her entourage. That year, Mirko and Stefan, two exiles from the East, two inseparable friends, are also in her service. Everyone stands to gain from the arrangement. Until the arrival of Hélène, the daughter Maguy failed to raise properly. That crime, up there in the villa – any one of them could have committed it.
