For this unique evening, the Domaine la Dona Tigana will be delighted to welcome the Sud Quartet, whose spellbinding melodies will transport you into the magical world of jazz.
The group's repertoire draws on different periods of post-bop jazz, with a variety of themes combining musicality, energy and virtuosity.

- Philippe Petrucciani on guitar
- Gilles Labourey on piano
- Tzar Paanphum on bass
- Claude Béziac on drums.
- Starter: Salad of scallops and salmon marinated in dill, topped with brightly peeled citrus fruit and a lemon marinade vinaigrette.
- Main course: Guinea fowl with yellow wine and morel mushrooms, served with creamy polenta.
- And for a sweet finish: Tiramisu, a classic dessert revisited with finesse and indulgence.
