Abandoned by his mother at the age of three, Sam Lion is raised in the circus world. Following an accident on the trapeze, he changes careers and goes on to become a brilliant businessman. Now in his fifties, Sam Lion grows weary of all his responsibilities: his business, his two children, his ex-wife, his friends…
Everything he has built up over the past 50 years. He then comes up with a crazy idea, an idea of turning back the clock: to make people believe he has disappeared. Free once more, Sam Lion sets off to travel the world anonymously. But his past catches up with him in the form of Albert Duvivier, one of his former employees, who recognises him whilst Sam is in Africa…
