On the occasion of the Vendanges Étoilées, the Four Banal becomes a venue for culinary discoveries and delicious experiences for young and old alike.
In this historic setting, participants can learn about cooking and pastry-making during classes led by passionate professionals.

- 10:00 – 11:00: Pastry class (ages 7 to 12), led by Mélanie MACIA - Gourmet chocolate maki rolls
- 11:30 – 12:30: Pastry class (adults), led by Gérard CABIRON - Chocolate macarons [SOLD OUT]
- 14:00 – 15:00: Pastry class (adults), led by Victoire OLLIVIER - Chocolate and tonka bean tart, plated individually
- 15:30 – 16:30: Pastry class (adults), led by Philippe URWEILLER - Lemon meringue tart [SOLD OUT]
Sunday 27 September programme:
- 10:00 – 11:00: Pastry class (ages 7 to 12), led by Mélanie MACIA - Pavlova with seasonal fruit

Très déçue par l’atelier. On a commencé en retard 30 minutes et le chef pâtissier avait tout préparé on a seulement coupé une pomme ! 22 euros ! Je suis outré on a mangé un dessert en assiette que j’ai pas aimé sans recettes ( aucun doc donne).
Ma fille et moi nous sommes mécontents 😡
