On the occasion of the Vendanges Étoilées, the Four Banal becomes the stage for culinary discoveries and gourmet experiences for young and old alike.
In this historic venue, participants will be able to discover cooking and pastry-making or deepen their knowledge during masterclasses led by passionate professionals.

Programme for Saturday, September 27:
  • 10:00 – 11:00: Cooking class (ages 7–12), led by Valérie MARCHAND
  • 11:30 – 12:30: Cooking class (ages 7–12), led by Stéphane TRAMONI
  • 14:00 – 15:00: Cooking class (ages 7–12), led by Vincenzo REGINE
  • 15:30 – 16:30: Pastry class (ages 7–12), led by Jacques-Olivier COSTE
  • 17:00 – 18:00: Wine masterclass*, led by David PIQUET

  • 10:00 – 11:00: Cooking class (ages 7–12), led by Coline FAULQUIER
  • 11:30 – 12:30: Pastry class (adults), led by Gérard CABIRON
  • 14:00 – 15:00: Wine masterclass*, led by Aurélie DEHARBE
  • 16:00 – 17:00: Pastry class (adults), led by Christophe GASPER
