On the occasion of the Vendanges Étoilées, Bar de la Marine is hosting workshops dedicated to the pleasures of gastronomy.
In a friendly atmosphere, participants will be able to explore the art of cooking during classes led by professionals.
Saturday 26 September programme:

Capacity: Maximum 10 participants per class
Adult cooking class price (from age 13): €22

- 10:00 – 11:00: Cooking class (adults), led by Stéphane TRAMONI - Fresh pineapple salad with mint pesto, hazelnuts and olive oil
- 15:30 – 16:30: Cooking class (adults), led by Stéphane BURON* - Open vegetable ravioli with nasturtium pepper cream and fresh herb oil - FULL -
- 10:00 – 11:00: Cooking class (adults), led by Gérard HABIB - Seasonal pickles – zero waste
- 14:00 – 15:00: Cooking class (adults), led by Nicolas RONDELLI* - Flame-grilled Mediterranean squid, inspired by stuffed squid, with Swiss chard and kumquat
- 15:30 – 16:30: Cooking class (adults), led by Nicolas RONDELLI* - Flame-grilled Mediterranean squid, inspired by stuffed squid, with Swiss chard and kumquat
