Cassis celebrates for its 15th edition, the marriage of the AOC Cassis appellation with great starred chefs, some of the best workers in France and more than forty artisans and producers in the heart of the village, to share the passion for good products and of gastronomy.
Between moments of sharing and moments of conviviality, step into the shoes of a member of a kitchen brigade and share a unique experience!
Attention gourmets, this stay is made for you, the culinary experience of the “Vendanges Etoilées” is to be enjoyed in high definition!

DAY 1
10:00 am : Visit and tasting in a wine estate
Discover the local terroir through the AOC Cassis wine appellation. One of the 12 wineries opens its doors to you to better understand the know-how of the winegrowers. Visit concluded with a wine tasting of the estate.
11.30 am : Arrival in Cassis, transfer by shuttle to the city center and installation at the hotel
Enjoy a friendly transfer by shuttle train of 60 places illustrated with a tourist commentary towards the city center of Cassis (from 01/05 to 15/10 included).
12.45 pm: Lunch at the restaurant
Three-course meal, 1⁄4 of wine and coffee included.
2.45pm : Discovery of the farmers market and discovery of show-cooking
Start this day under the sign of gastronomy by strolling in the farmers' market, and observing closely the technique of great chefs.
4.00 pm : Pastry class with a chef in small groups
It’s your turn! Join the brigade of a renowned chef and participate in a pastry class rich in colors and flavors.
8.00 pm : Dinner at the restaurant and overnight in hotel in double room, breakfast included
DAY 2
9.30am: Discovery cruise 3 calanques
From the port of Cassis, board a hybrid electric boat and be amazed by the beauty of the first three creeks with crystal clear waters: Port-Miou, Port-Pin and En-Vau.
11.00 am : Cooking class with a chef in small groups
It’s up to you! Join the brigade of a renowned chef and participate in a cooking class rich in colors and flavors.
12.30 pm : Lunch at the restaurant
Three-course meal, 1⁄4 of wine and coffee included.
3.00 pm : Culinary demonstration by great starred chefs
Live a cooking demonstration with a great chef until the final realization of his dish. A unique exchange with great names of French cuisine!
Free time and return to the parking by shuttle (last ascent: 17:40)
